Worldwide shipping. Delivery: 5–8 business days.

5.reimbursement

At Vellyra, approved returns are refunded as non-expiring store credit (digital gift card) within 7 business days after inspection. Cash refunds, shipping fees, and taxes are non-refundable. Items outside the 7-day return window or not in returnable condition are not eligible. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

6. Retention of Title

Items remain vellyra’ property until paid in full.

 

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty applies.

 

8. Liability

vellyra is liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, or health/safety issues. Limited liability applies in other cases.
